Home Care Services

These services are often requested when an individual has a chronic condition or an acute health care problem requiring home care services that are not covered or are no longer covered by conventional insurance carriers.

Services are privately paid and can be provided on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis. Those individuals that provide service include:

• Licensed Practical Nurses
• Certified Home Health Aides
• Personal Care Homemakers
• Homemakers

Due to the different duties and tasks each caregiver provides, a supervisor or case manager will give you specific details and rates.
