Dear Elder Services,

I am so very grateful that you sent Louise Vercellen to help me since my surgery. You could not have found a more wonderful person. Louise is just a perfect one for her job. She has been so caring kind and understanding. I know it would have been impossible for me to come this far without her help.

No job seem too difficult for her to tackle. she was there at 6 o'clock every Monday, Wednesday and Friday despite the bad weather. It was so nice getting such an early jump start having my bed changed and made. Louise helped me with my bath even washed out my air compressor, and helped me into my braces. I will miss her and all the help she has given me.

Thank you over and over for such wonderful service and especially for sending Louise to my aid.

May God continue to bless all of you as you help so many other people.
